Tamara has a passion for fashion and a talent for hair and makeup.  She first became a licensed esthetician then went to school to become a licensed cosmetologist.  Now as Assistant Director, she uses her knowledge of spa, hair and makeup services to leave a legacy with youth and women, which is her true passion.  She is truly a roll model to people of all ages and is responsible for creative ideas and keeping “The WoW Factor” owner sane and looking beautiful (Marzette doesn’t let just anybody do her hair!).  Tamara works to continue her education and improve her skills, making sure that she is providing the best services and care for her clients.  She is an excellent esthetician, with a soothing touch.  All estheticians are trained by Tamara.

Aaron has been a massage therapist for over 11 years with over 1100 hours in massage training.  Aaron gives a positive energy and encouragement to the staff as our Business Manager.  He’s our get it done guy…where there’s a need he supports us, he’s always there to fill in the gaps!  All massage therapists are specifically trained by Aaron before working on clients.  Aaron has been given the gift of healing and often sees the problem area in his mind before even touching his clients.  He has a sensitive touch and knows just the right pressure for each massage.  Almost to a fault, he doesn’t let his clients leave his table until they are feeling 100% better.  He is generous with his time, talents and knowledge, anything to help others.

Jessica has a wealth of information from a long history and background in cosmetics. She attended JLS makeup school in Hollywood, Ca and is now working with such companies as MAC, Origins, and Clinique.  She is enthusiastic and very organized in helping “The WoW Factor” grow and become what it is today.  As Regional Director, she works closely with Jamie to make sure that all the employees know where they are going and what to do when they get there!  She does beautiful work, has a passion for youth, and loves being able to make someone feel beautiful from the inside out! 

Jamie is the mother of three beautiful, fun-loving children, and has been a makeup artist for 11 years.  She has worked for prestigious companies over the years, such as Christian Dior, and M.A.C., and has attended makeup school.  The day she graduated she knew that this was going to be the job of her dreams. Doing makeup and making people feel great about themselves became so rewarding she could not express it into words.  Once she had children, she wanted to just stay home and be with them. To make extra money she opened her own, home day care. That's when she came up with the idea to do something with both of her passions…children and makeup. She remembered when she was about twelve and her Mom gave her the best birthday party she has ever had, even to this day. All the girls that she had over got their makeup and hair done, got all dressed up, and had their picture taken. That memory sparked the dream of children’s parties’. She has worked hard to keep that dream alive. Now coupled with “The WoW Factor” she is offering dream birthday parties like nothing else out there, for kids of all ages!  Her idea is now more than a dream …we can offer your little girl, or boy a party that will be a lifetime memory for them.  Dream parties of all shapes and sizes available!
